Terms & Conditions

Welcome to  Fox Layne Flowers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Order Acceptance & Confirmation

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or phone. This confirmation does not guarantee delivery until payment is received and delivery details are verified.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices listed are in USD and subject to change without notice.

  • Delivery fees are as follows:

    • $10 for deliveries within a 5-mile radius of Estes Park

    • $20 for deliveries to Lyons, Allenspark, Drake, and Glen Haven

    • Deliveries exceeding the afore mentioned areas MUST be placed over the phone and approved before an order is submitted. 

  • Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 2 PM.

  • Same-day delivery is an option for orders placed before 10 AM MST ONLY when available. Factors such as high volume and/or product availability may effect this. 

  • If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a secure location or returned for rescheduling.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time MAY be eligible for a full refund. This is up to the discretion of the owner and the circumstances of the cancellation. This is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery or for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability.

    • If applicable, a redelivery fee of $25 dollars could be issued in the event of failing to provide accurate address information in which re-delivery must take place.  ​

Limitation of Liability

  • Fox Layne Flowers is not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to floral products.
